The final. landscaping and irrigation plan for the model shall The submitted for review and approval to this Department prior to any irrigation system installation or planting. All landscaping and irrigation improvements shall be installed prior to use of the model complex. Perimeter walls and gates shall be included with this submittal. 6. Because the model home is converted (i.e., no garage doors or driveways, etc.), a Certificate of Deposit 1$1 000 ) shall be posted, with the City to insure the conversion' of the model removed prior to release of the utili=ids for the house (i.e.,Certificate 'f Occupancy). The City shall be named as the controlling party to insure removal of the temporary improvements. The deposit will be refunded when all model improvements have been removed. 7. To support their alternate application they forwarded, to me, and I. have attached for you; a method from Manville Insulation for adjusting the R value of, compressed mineral fiber insulation. I have used this method, to adj-ast the installed R24 insulation, which is compressed to 78.57% of its original sue, and find it to be equal or, better than one R19 installed batt. As the Title 24 compliance, con suliant.for this project, I am willing to accept this alternative wall insulation application as equal or. better: Please call me if you have any questions.
