On November 26, 07 you received an approval with conditions for your plan at 81813 Via La Serena.
Per your request this letter and the approval form from the Community Association will allow you to
start and complete your landscaping in the 60days required by the Association. We have enclosed the
Notice of Completion that will need to be completed and returned to Merit Property,- Management with
complete photos of the landscaping project, on or before the 60days deadline. Please take note of the
specific conditions of approval. If you wish to make any changes to your plan, they will need to be
reviewed by the Association before you go forward.
