The above mentioned structure is in general conformance with the intent of
the city approved structural plans. This "Final Conformance" does not include d
any exclusions listed below and conditions which are performed after our final
walk-through. These conditions are, but not limited to, hardware removed
during straight edging of walls and ceilings, cut-outs in the shear walls by the
subcontractors, and removal of any transfer element by the subcontractors.
The client agrees to indemnify our firm from any liability related to these
conditions.
This "Final Conformance" is being provided based on the fact that all items
detailed in the above mentioned report have been corrected, observed, and
signed off by our representative. This acknowledgement provided by our firm
does not relieve the contractors et. al. (general contractor, sub -contractors.
material persons) from their responsibility to adhere to the city approved plans
and specifications.
The client acknowledges this observation service does not constitute an
issuance of a warranty or guarantee of any type.
