The Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your architectural request to
build a new retaining wall and boat dock, subject to the following conditions:
1. Permits will be obtained from the City of La Quinta per the attached
request and drawings/plans. A copy of the permit_ must be submitted to
the Management office.
2. The new boat dock, per Section 16.2.1 of the Lake La Quinta CC&Rs, shall
be limited to no more than twelve (12) feet in width as measured along the
lake front as opposed to the fourteen (14) foot dimension shown on the
attached drawings.
3. The new boat dock shall extend no more than 3 feet over the lake water as
measured from the lake coping (edge of the lake).
