Upon your request, we have conducted a full structural observation walk on your new
project "Lot 17 & 18/ Hideaway" in the city of La Quinta on April 6, 2007.
During our visit we have conducted a complete check on all structural aspects, including
the framing members, both roof and floor and we have checked all lateral resisting
elements such as shear walls, straps, holdowns, nailing and all other related hardware.
Also, we have reviewed the foundation and all related hardware.
We have noticed that the existing framed structure is in full compliance with our
permitted set of structural plans.
