At that time I noted only minor blocking, nailing and strapping issues that werepointed out to the framing sub -contractor and his foreman. Since that time these issues have been resolved according to my direction and to my satisfaction. Therefore, in light of the record construction documents and subsequent remedial action having been accom- plished at my direction, I hereby certify that the noted single family residence is in substantial conformance with design intent of the record construction documents and is hereby declared ready to wrap.
