Thanks to you and the Committe for the approval of the rear Alumawood patio cover for
the above referenced property.
The homeowner's, Claude and Fern Jennings, would like to ask for your reconsideration
of the Alumawood patio cover between the main home and the guest suite.
We feel that the guest suite blocks the view of the patio cover from the street with the
exception of perbaps the side of the cover. Therefor, we propose to construct the end
beams with 2"X8" wood beams and have them finished with stucco to match the house.
(Please see attached revised sketch) This, we believe, would give a more integral look to
the patio cover and hopefully address any concerns that the Committee might have.
