• Removal of rear concrete flatwork & replace with pavers to match existing
pavers in front.
• Removal of landscaping materials on south side yard & replace with
synthetic turf, add two dwarf citrus trees for shade.
• Interior flooring is being replaced.

Hello Kay. & Michelle,
I sent this to both of you, figuring that whichever of you had time to-do this, you could talk to
each other so you both didn't do the same thing.] am attaching an application for 26 LF of 4'
ornamental iron fencing. I also. included a ton of -verbiage on. all the other work we are doing
that is exempt from permit as well. My thinking is that when the inspector shows up to inspect
the ornamental iron fencing, if he sees that all the concrete flatwork in back is torn up, all -the
flooring in the house is gone, all the kitchen cabinets are torn down & all the interior doors
removed, it would look like a major renovation, when in fact it is all work exempt from a permit.
I still. have to submit a check request, and I don't think I'll get it real fast, but it could happen.
Thanks for your assistance. I plan on coming over in the next hour to submit a demolition plan
as well for a different property.
