! approved by the Architectural Committee with the follow=ing exception and notations:;,
• The covered patio you show to the west of your spa was denied.- The guidelines state that the 'set
back from the golf course property line is 28' and zto `roofed or trellised structures separated from
the building can be built in the set back areas'.
°• The pergola on the south side is approved, but may not be built into the side set back area of 5 feet. ,
No materials can be stored on the golf course or in. the front street. ;
All debris must be cleaned &mm the front yard on a daily basis.
• Any damage to the common areas or surrounding lots will be your responsibility to: repair and/or
replace.
