adenovirus 2 (hepatitis virus), parvovirus, parainfluenza, leptospirosis, and coronavirus.

vaccinated against, and others recommend that the leptospirosis portion of the vaccine be
given only to puppies older than 14 weeks. Some veterinarians consider the coronavirus

LETTER.OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is between J.C. Construction, hereinafter called "Contractor",
whose address is 67-325. Mission Court; ,Cathedral City, CA and Patrick Mundt, hereinafter '
called Owner, at 50 350 Vista Montana, La Quinta, CA.
Description of Project:
The project will be done in accordance with the Homeowners Association and to the specifications of the.
prevailing municipality.
Owner will pay for all permits which may be required and stamped receipts must be
submitted and final approval initialed or stamped by the prevailing municipality.

Extra Work:- Should owner, or any public body or inspector, or Homeowners Associations
representative direct any modifications or addition to the work covered by this Agreement/Proposal submitted, the
Bid Price shall -be adjusted accordingly. The modification or additions to the work shall be executed only when a
Change Order has been submitted in writing and agreed in writing by the HTP.
Right to Stop: Work: Owner shall have the right to withhold any payment if any part of this agreement
has not been met. Owner may replace Contractor and cancel this agreement if the work to date' is not -at the standards
stipulated or to the standards of the prevailing municipality. Furthermore, Owner may terminate the Agreement:at its
option due to non performance and.Contractor shall be liable for breach of contract.
Work Scope: Owner retains the services of Contractor for the following:
1. Courtyard — a 3 ''/2' concrete slab.with saltfinish and color- 900 SF
2. Motor Court - a 3'/i" concrete slab with salt finish and color -1400 SF
And 3 '/2" arched curb slab.

In.the event the parties hereto become involved in a dispute arising out of this Agreement,
or the performance or breach thereof; it is understood by and between the parties herein that any and all
disagreements under the Agreement shall be determined by Arbitration as provided by California law and said
decision shall be final and binding on all parties and each party. shall bear its own legal fees. This Agreement shall be
governed by the laws of the State of California.
