SUBJECT: WALL PERMIT FOR 80-748 VISTA BONITA TRAIL
Dear Mr. Wise:
The Community. Development Department has reviewed your.request to install a decorative front
yard wall for an existing single family home at 80-748 Vista Bonita. The maximum height of the wall
shall be five feet if it is located within 10 -feet of the front property line according to Section
9.60.030C of the Zoning Ordinance. Enclosed is a copy of the fencing require-ments. However, an .
exception to the Code is made for.yourseven foot high pilasters that flank the driveway access gate
under Section 9.60.030C(3c) if they are "integrated into the fence/gate design." We have determined
that the 30" square stucco pilasters are architecturally compatible with the other design elements of -
the wall and can be built as prop osed' provided the driveway access gate does not exceed an overall
height of five feet.
