Dear Mr. Butler:
As Ruben has mentioned, our partnership has made the decision to demolish'the model homes
that were begun by a builder who is no longer involved in the project. Title to the property and
improvements is vested in ND La Quinta Partners, pet the attached copies of grant deeds.
Also,°ND La Quints Parhiers is the Declarant of the. Hideaway Association and retains control of
the board of directors at this time. Therefore, the Association also supports the request for a
permit to demolish the subject structures. If there are any questions, I may be reached at the
