I propose to furnish material and perform labor necessary to complete electrical work as follows:
Patio Heaters
Supply and install one 125 amp 220 volt circuit, with 1 1/4" conduit with two # 2 THHN
copper wires and one # 8 THHN copper ground wire, from the existing main service
to a surface mounted relay box in hallway.
2. Supply and install one four zone control panel above the T -Bar ceiling for the four new
heaters.
Supply and install low voltage controls from the control panel to the two gang switch
control on the wall next to the cashier, for patio heater controls.
Note: The two controls have setting from one to ten with ten being the hottest and
a pilot light for on and off.
4. Supply and install two new Infratec surface mounted heaters, 6,000 watt dual element
heaters, in the west patio entry area with one separate control.
Supply and install two new Infratec surface mounted heaters, 6,000 watt dual element
heaters, in the east patio area with one separate control.
$ 4,694.45 Heaters, trims and controls.
$ 963.28 Misc. conduit wire to feed heaters.
$ 5,000.00 Labor -5 days for two men.
Total $10,657.73 Heaters with installation complete.
This price does not include any fixtures or equipment that are not specified on this proposal.
Note: If we can beat the above prices above we will pass the savings over to Okura Restruant.
Note: Finish patching and painting by others.
Note: All the above work will be completed in a clean workman like manner and all work will
conform to the local and national electrical building codes.
