2) Note on Plans: "All construction shall comply with the 2013 California Building, Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing, and Energy Codes and the La Quinta Municipal Code." Remove notes referencing other Codes.
3) Provide written evidence of Planning Department approval of this Project. Contact the Planning Department

4) Provide written evidence of Public Works Department approval of this Project. Contact the Public Works
Department directly at (760) 777-7075.
5) Provide written evidence of Riverside County Fire Department approval of this Project. Contact the Fire

SECTION C - ARCHITECTURAL
1) Exit signs are required. Please revise plan demonstrating compliance with the following requirements:
