Tear off the old roof down to the sheeting. Cut out areas in the existing sheeting and blow in Owens
Coming insulation, 9" to 12" thick, as space allows. Install OSB sheeting over the existing sheeting.
Install one Solar rodTTan: —Reroof the pitched roof by installing two layers of Synthetic felt underlayment.
Install new metal edging. We will shingle with the Owens Coming Trudef fiberglass shingles with the 130
mph wind warranty, these also carry a manufacture Limited Lifetime material warranty. Install high profile
trim on the ridges. We will seal and paint all roof flashings. We will clean up and haul away our debris. We
will provide the reroof permit and call for the needed inspections.
5 year labor warranty
A copy of our workers comp and liability insurance are available upon request.
A labor and material lien release will be available upon final payment
