Dear Mr. Wells:
This letter is to report approval of your recent application for a
setback adjustment, pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of the City of La
Quinta Planning & Zoning Regulations. The following setback
adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance
with attached Exhibit A.
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT:
Reduction of rear yard setback from 5-feet to 3-feet.

CONDITIONS:
1.
Obtaina building permit.
2.
Pool equipment shall comply with required setbacks and C>
maintain a minimum of five -feet from property line.
3.
The fencing requirements of the R1 Zoning Code shall be met.
4.
This permit shall not be valid until the property Iowner has
obtained written authorization from the Parc La Quinta
Homeowner's Association for this request. A copy of the

approval shall be delivered to the Planning Department prior
to obtaining a building permit for verification.
5.
The permit is valid for 90 days from the date of this letter.
After
review it was determined that:

This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of
the zoning ordinance.

surroundings that justify approval of the adjustment. These
