approved your ARC request to install a pool and spa.
Please advise your contractor that the common areas/streets are not to be used for
storage of any equipment or materials. Any debris from construction in the street
must be swept up and then the area washed down each day by the contractor. The
contractor may not post signage at the property. The cost of repair for any damage
done to the common area/street is your responsibility.
Desert Cove permits construction from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Please make your contractor aware that he must follow all rules and regulations for
the community.
It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure all permits required by the City of La
Quinta are obtained.
