We propose to build a new Pool & Spa with Barbecue Area, Firepit Area and Detached
half bathroom.
Pool will have a tanning shelf and two set of steps. South east corner of pool to have
four concrete stoolbars with a concrete table, also two (2) raised firepits will be build on
both sides of spa (north side of the pool) with two water sheer descents.
Spa will be raised 18" above ground level and will have a reverse negative edge with a
stacked stone waterfall into the pool.
Barbecue Area and Wet Bar (L shaped). One propane/natural gas barbecue (60k
,BTU) with two extra bumers (15k BTU each) and sink.
Detac 6'x 5'6 anity/sink and one (1) toilet anc
outdoor shower (cold w a er ed from same line of pool autofill,
electricity t led from pool equipment outlet (1 Ig and sewer line

680.22(6) applies to these outlets regardless of their proximity to the swimming pool and
that it applies to cord -and -plug connected and direct connected (hard -wired) swimming
pools pump motors (California Electrical Code §680.22(6))

anti-entrapment/vortex main drain covers (approved by ASTM/ASME ) in compliance with

working days, but not more than 14 calendar days, prior to commencing that excavation, if
the excavation will be conducted in an area that is known, or reasonably should be known,
to contain subsurfcae installations other trhan the undergorund facilities owned or operated
by the excavator and, if practical, the excavator shall delineate with white paint or other
suitable markings the area to be excavated.
