Dear Melinda:
The Board of Directors reviewed your architectural application for the expansion of your patio and I am
pleased to inform you that the application has been approved as submitted with the following
stipulations:
1. You and all future homeowners of this unit will be required to maintain and repair all aspects of
the patio of your unit. This is to include, but is not limited to, any and all repairs,necessary for
the concrete slab and stucco wall. A Maintenance & Indemnity Agreement (MIA) must be signed
and recorded before work can commence. Cost for preparation ($350.00) and recording of the
agreement is at your expense. Please confirm in writing that you plan to go ahead with the
expansion and I will have the agreement prepared.
2. You and all future homeowners are required to disclose this information to any potential buyer
of the unit.
3. Installation must be done by a licensed and insured contractor naming the Legacy Villas HOA as
an additional insured. A copy of the insurance -certification must be presented to the HOA office
prior to installation.
4. All necessary permits are to be obtained and copies presented to the HOA office before work
can commence.
5. Work can be done between May 11t and the week before Thanksgiving and must be completed
within 60 days. Work can be performed Monday through Fridays between 9 and 5.
