Install four wooden dowel pins Into the pre -drilled holes on the base top. (See Figure 7) , NOTE: Two people are recommended for steps 3 through 5. 3. Install two panels onto the dowel pins so that they are perpendicular to each other. Locate the holes on the bottom of the panels and set them onto the dowel pins. (See Figure 8) 4. Attach panels together by installing confirmat screws Into predrilled holes using Allen wrench. (See Figure 9) NOTE: Do not fully tighten screws until all the panels are In place. Once wing panels are in place, tighten screws completely. 5. Install remaining panels in the same manner. 6. To cover the exposed screw heads, peel the decorative screw caps to expose the sticky back, and carefully center and cover the screw heads. However, if you intend to space beam levels unusta0y far apart, check your plan to insure that the cumulative load on the lower portions of each rack end is within the limits shown on this chart. Rack ends are designed with a safety factor of 1.92. Horizontal beams are designed with a safety factor of 1.65.
