Union Bank located at 79-670. Highway 111 within the Dunes Business Park center. The
approval is based on the attached exhibits and subject to the following Conditions:
1.' The sign shown on the exhibit labeled "Existing Sign H" on the East building
elevation is not a part of the approval.
2. All sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program
for the Dunes Business Park.
The sign size, materials, and locations are per the approved plans on file with the Planning
Department. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the signs.
