Dear Mr. Addington:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one building -
mounted, internally -illuminated business identification sign for "Max Muscle Sports
Nutrition" at The Dunes shopping center. The approval is subject to the following
Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally illuminated individual -channel
letter sign and logo for "Max Muscle Sports Nutrition". The materials, size,
illumination and, location for the -sign are per the approved plans on file with
the Planning Department.
2. The overall height of the sign, including letters and logo shall not exceed
twenty (20) inches. The sign shall not exceed an area. greater than twenty two
(22) square feet. ,
3. The tenant sign is. a registered trademark with the United States Patent and
Trademark Office, and thus is permitted to use its national sign brand.
4. The sign letters must conform to the approved Sign Program for The Dunes
(SA 2006-1078).
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans. One is for your
submittal to the Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
