The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request. for a
permanently mounted business identification* sign for "Li's Massage" at 79-680 Highway
1-11, Suite C-104, within the Dunes Business Park commercial center. The approval is
subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one permanently -mounted channel letter identification sign
for "Li's Massage". "The sign shall be attached flush the building fascia as shown on
the graphic on file as part of this application. The total square footage of the sign
shall be no greater than nineteen (19) square feet. The materials for the sign are per
the approved plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for the Dunes Business Park.
