The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit grants three permanent internally illuminated pan channel letter signs for "Bevmo". The materials, size, illumination and location for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. Each sign is limited to 50 square feet. Total signage for the building shall not exceed 150 square feet. No signs are permitted on the buildings west elevation. 3. One panel sign may be placed. on the center's monument sign.
