The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for three permanently -
mounted business identification signs and one panel sign for "Beverages and More
(BEVMO)" at the Komar Desert Center. The approval is subject to the following
Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants three permanent internally illuminated pan channel letter signs
for "Bevmo". The materials, size, illumination and location for the sign are per the
approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. Each sign is limited to 50 square feet. Total signage for the building shall not exceed
150 square feet. No signs are permitted on the buildings west elevation.
3. One panel sign may be placed. on the center's monument sign. Sign size, illumination,
materials and location for the sign shall conform to the Sign Program for the Komar
Desert Center.
4. The sign letters must conform to the approved Sign Program for the Komar Desert
Center (SA 06-1034).
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans. One is for your submittal to
the Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
