Dear Mr. Cross:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one
permanent building -mounted internally -illuminated sign on the southern building elevation
of, Escalade Cleaners, located at 79-740 Highway 1 1 1, Suite 102A. The approval' is
subject to the. following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one internally -illuminated building identification sign. The
total square footage for the sign shall be no greater than 15.00 square feet.
The .materials for the sign are oper the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for Jefferson Plaza.
