The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally illuminated channel letter for "Smart & Final Extra!" The materials, size, illumination and location for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. The sign is limited to a total area not to exceed ninety-four (94) square feet. No other signs are permitted as part of this permit. 3.
