GOLF CARS
Dear Mr. Calhoun:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your .re:;uest for three illuminated signs
("GOLF CARS") for the Yamaha Golf Cars of Palm Sprina4 located at 79-785 .Highway 111,
Suite 103, within the Komar Desert Center commercial center.., �s-shown in the attached exhibit.
The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants three signs. The signs on the west (14.25 SF), south (15.19
SF), and east (14.25 SF) building elevations shall be internally illuminated. The
materials for the signs are per the approved ;dans on file with the Planning
Department.
2. All signage shall comply with the Sign Program for she Komar Desert Center.
3. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the signs if required.
