The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
one permanently mounted business identification sign at 79-800 Highway 111. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally -illuminated channel letter
.sign. The "MATRESS EXPRESS" letter sign is red, white, and blue with gold
trims and black returns, and are attached flush to -the fascia. The materials for
the sign are per the approved plans on file with. the Community Development
Department. '
2. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign.
