The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two illuminated
permanent building mounted signs at 79-815 Highway 111, Suite 102, as shown in the
attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the folio Mng Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants two permanent fk.11uminated sign ("TODA MODA").
The sign on the Northwest elevation will be 49.27 square feet in area and the
sign on the east building elevation will be 37.5 square feet in area. The
materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning
Department.
2. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department
prior to installation of the sign if required.
3. All sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign
Program for Jefferson Square.
