The Community Development Department has determined your request for one new wall
mounted business sign for 990 Only Stores and one monument sign for the center at the
Jefferson Plaza o.n Highway 111 is acceptable and therefore, we approve your request
pursuant to the attached plans. The smaller two cabinet signs near the ends are. not
approved. The approval is subject to following ,condition:
1. Sign design, size, colors, etc:', and location are pursuant to the approved attached
plans, and on file in the Community Development Department. A permit from the
Building and Safety Department is required prior to installation of the signs. Please
contact them at 777-7012.
2. The .monument sign is approved adjacent to the westerly Highway 1 1 1 driveway
(on the west side of the driveway). A site plan showing the specific location of the
monument shall be submitted to the Community Development Department for
approval prior to, obtaining a building permit. The plan shall be to scale and
dimensioned to show distance from Highway 111 right-of-way, driveway and
nearest parking space.
Attached are two copies of the approved plans and your receipt for the sign permit for

I am being told the conduit for the power supply to the monument sign is 1" conduit with # 6 wire.
Hopefully this will enable you to pull our permit.
Also, I am being told that Smart N Final will install their own vinyl, however, we will need to install the lexan panel
(blank).
Let me know if you need more info or if you have problems pulling your permits.
