Racking Information:
The lower portions of posts exposed to damage by forklift trucks or other moving equipment shall
have protective devices. Any existing damaged components will be repaired to like new condition
or replaced.
All rack installations and racks shall be manufactured and installed in conformance with the
applicable codes. On 192" uprights the top beam is installed at 144" with a pallet stop beam at
the back at 190". On the 144" upright the top beam is installed at 96" with at pallet stop beam at
the back at 140". The tallest storage is at 192" or 16'-0".

Racking Details:

uprights including Heavy Duty (HD), Gutless (GU), ARU, and V -Racking (VF).
In addition to noting the type of upright the identification
tag also indicates the depth, height and color. The
dimensions (as shown above) measure the total depth
N and total height and are noted as such. There are
different colors of racking that are used in the Home

galvanized (used almost exclusively in the outside
