To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this follow-up to the special inspection performed at the residence at 54-973
Inverness, La Quinta, California, on November 12, 1993. The wine cellar was built without
a- permit.
I found one discrepancy.. The disconnect switch for the condenser will need to be moved from
the attic area. It must be accessible and in sight of the compressor unit inside wine cellar.
The remainder of the wine cellar appears to have been done in a workmanlike manner.
