Any damage to HOA property to be repaired and/or replaced to the satisfaction of the HOA prior to filing a Notice of Completion' form. 3. Upon completion, the homeowner is required to provide a signed copy of the city inspection card and the Contractor Certification letter (enclosed). 4. Please provide a list of the sub -contractors and proof of their workers compensation insurance and their auto insurance, or D&R Repair's auto policy must insure `any auto' and non -owned autos. The obvious concern of the HOA is that all parties working on the job are properly insured to protect you, the homeowners and the Association. It is mandatory that the Association receive proof of insurance as required (see enclosed) prior to the start of work. Our insurance agent suggested that you consider adding `Owners and Contractors Protective' to your policy so that your general liability insurance covers your sub- contractors.
