During my observations I noted only minor nailing, blocking and strapping issues which were addressed to my satisfaction on Friday 4 November 2010 - Therefore, I hereby certify that the noted project is in substantial conformance with the structural design intent of the structural design construction documents of record and stands ready to wrap and receive the City's final. framing Inspection. If you have anyqu mments regarding these issues or any other issue please do not hesitate in contacting my firm. — D AS Si • No. C11991 Charles a Architect 10!31!?.011 4&10F CAL 74-991 Joni Drive, Suite 9, Palm Desert, CA 92260 a ' oFi nye: (760) 340.3528 o Facsimile: (760) 340-3728 71-.780 San Jacinto Dr. Ste.
