The Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your request to install a spa at
your 56-336 Pebble Beach residence with the following stipulations:
• Protect existing improvements during construction. Repair and/or replace any
damaged improvernents.
• Do not place demolition material and dirt in the street.
• Coordinate with HOA Irrigation Department when existing irrigation lines are
relocated.
• Provide signed inspection card from,the City of La Quinta when the work is
completed.
• Comply with HOA construction hours.
• Do not use the street to wash out wnStTUCtiOn materials:
Wereserve the right to make a final inspection of this change to make sure that it
matches the original request. An approval is based only on the aesthetics of your.
proposed plan and should not be 'taken as any certification as to the construction
worthiness or structural integrity of the proposed change.
We want to reiterate that the maintenance of the spa is solely the responsibility of the
homeowner and will not be the responsibility of the Association. This provision is
recorded with the Comity of Riverside and runs with the land.
