During construction of the referenced' project some of the HD5
hold downs planned were missed prior to the footing pour. To
remedy the situation, a one and half inch hole was drilled twelve
inches deep and a 3/4" bolt was set in epoxy cement. This is a
satisfactory fix for the problem.
