The Building Inspector has noted revised framing conditions at the guest house at the above noted
address. These conditions are as follows:
Shear wall #17 panel type shall be as per panel type "B"
The column cap as noted in detail 16/S3.9 can be replaced with 2-MST37 straps one each
side of post to beam and 2-MST37 top of ridge beam at splice. �m
36"124" gable end window in shear wall #5 has been added Head out over window with a
6x6 header and block and strap top, bottom and sides using an MST37 strap (4 -total). Edge
nail sheathing around window opening.
