To Whom It May Concern: -
A permit was issued for lathe and stucco_ -for an existing structure
at 51-991 Avenida Morales in La Quinta. The -work was performed by -
Molnar Construction. All required inspections were_performed and
the work approved by this department.
There is some surface cracking of the stucco=system on the west_
wall of the structure. Although the exact cause cannot be..
.. determined, the cracking does not appear. to be the result of an
inherent structural problem. The cracks are in locations such as
at window and door corners which are not uncommon -for a stucco
system.
Some conditions that my cause cracking in•a relatively new stucco
system are improper curing, seismic activity,. vibrations caused by
heavy equipment, 'vibrations caused by—impact to the supporting
members of the wall etc. - =
