Taco Bell has accepted and does accept the sidewalks, as placed by Cal -Select Builders, in their present condition. The sidewalks meet the required Taco Bell specifications. We do not feel that the sidewalks, or any puddling thereon, pose a danger to anyone. The depth of the puddle, described to me to be generally 1/4 inch, as well as the location of the puddle in an area where a car would overhang the sidewalk; leads me to believe that this is not a hazard. Should you have any questions, please do not'hesitate to call me at (714) 863-4569. Sin erelylerrrault Christop Construction Manager Associate
