In addition to the standard permit conditions, the fallowing shall
apply:
1. All wank: shall be performed in accordance with; the latest edition
of the "Standard Specifications For Public Works Construction"
and the plans approved by the City of La Quinta.
No fill shall be placed which will cover or obscure asphalt
concrete, petroleum product spillage, or other noir-native
materials.
2. Permittee shall f4rnish the name(s) and phare number(s) of the
individual(s) responsible for maintaining the project site from
any situation that is a public nuisance; after- hours, weekends,
holidays, etc.
3. Permittee shall notify the City Engineering Dept. at 564-2246 at
least 24 hours in advance of starting construction.
4. Ave 48th and 50ih Avenue shall be kept clean of all trackage or
spillage from vehicles using this site. The roads shall be
completely cleaned at the end of each work: day, if necessary; and
more frequently if required. No access or egress shall be
permitted at Washington St.
5. Operation and maintenance of equipment within: ane half mile of
human occupancy shall be performed only during the fallowing time
periods:
October 1st to April 30: Monday -Friday

meet established City Standards or in order to fit field
conditions, the wort:: shall be performed by the permittee as
directed by and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at no
cost to the City of La Quinta.
8. Any on-site haul road shall be effectively destroyed at the
conclusion of the work: to, prevent use by unauthorized vehicles.

The following conditions of approval have been added to the Plan by staff in order to ensure
an adequate level of fugitive dust control.
1 All vehicle -track -out from the site nntn paved areas shall hp fliiid-
washed twice daily and swept at the end of each day of activity in
volving vehicles exiting the site.
L Any inactive disturbed areas shall be stabilized in such a manner so
as to control fugitive dust indefinately, until such time as final
grading construction is ready to occur.
3. This plan approval is for rough grading/clearing activity related to
the. golf course only. A-revised/supplemental FDCP shall be required
with the final engineered grading plan.
4. Applicant shall provide surety as required to insure that all measures
(Attach additional information if necessary) and conditions set forth by this plan
will be implemented.
