All work shall be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the "Standard Specifications For Public Works Construction". plans approved by the City of La Quinta. No fill shall be placed which will cover or obscure asphalt concrete, petroleum product spillage, or other non-native materials. 2. No track -out of material shall be allowed onto streets outside of the areas proposed for grading. Any track -out into these streets shall be swept or water -flushed by the end of the work day, and shall be kept damp during hours of operation until such time as it is removed. 4. Any imported/ exported materials shall be covered and/or wet down prior to transport. If material is not covered, it shall be sufficiently stabilized (watered down) so as not to spill or create dust during transport. Minimum freeboard shall be as established by the Public Works Department. 5. Benoit Century Homes 1535 South "D" Street, Suite 200 San Bernardino; CA 92408 RE: Request for Dust Control Bond Release; TR 23269, TR 26188, TR 23935-5 In regard to the above requests, submitted under separate cover and dated 9/6/95, 9/7/95 and 9/12/95 respectively, please be advised that approval condition 93 for TR 26188 and TR 23935-5 reads as follows: " 3. Applicant shall submit copies of all records/invoices related to cost accounting for the dust control measures assumed during grading construction. Said records shall be submitted within 30 days after completion of all dust control measures as outlined in the plan, including any measures made part of the plan as a condition to its approval. Security may be withheld pending submittal of this information. All such invoices shall be provided, along with the required completion of the PM10 Program Report Form, which can be obtained from the Public Works or Community Development Departments.". You will need to submit cost accounting for dust control efforts for TR 26188 and TR 23935-5 in order to authorize those bond releases. I have enclosed three copies of the Program Report form for your use and filing for future use. These forms must be filled out as completely as possible, and be accompanied by copies of any labor/material invoices pertaining to dust control work. The grading contractor on these tracts should be able to provide documentation to satisfy this requirement. TR 23269 has already had cost accounting information submitted to us on this form; therefore this bond will be released The Public Works Department coordinates release of bonds for grading, dust control and street improvements.
