subj: Release of Bond for Dust Control (Permit 1910), Laguna
de la Paz (Tract 20052-6)
.Dear Dave:
It is my understanding that surety in the form of a cashier's
check in the amount of $6640 was posted for work covered by City
Permit 1910. Furthermore, I understand that the surety was
placed "in.account", because the cashier's check was good for
only 60 days.
The work covered by that permit has been completed, and,
therefore, the surety for dust control is no longer needed.
Would you please arrange for the City to issue a check to "Roger
Snellenberger & Associates, Inc." for the release of that surety?
Of course, we could use those funds for more.productive purposes,
so your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Very truly yours,
"I dA41iT 5 CA1.11 z.
