Permittee shall be responsible for providing continuous dust and erosion control. 3. Streets shall be kept clean. They shall be completely cleaned at the end of each working day and more frequently if required. 4. Contractor shall comply with the local noise ordinance. Operation and maintenance of equipment within one half mile of human occupancy shall be performed only during the following time periods: October lst to April 30: Monday -Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a. m'. to 5:00 p.m. May 1 st to September 30: .
