However, the plans submitted are designed under the.previous code cycle (2013 code). All structural design criteria should be based on current codes, which in this case is the 2016 California Building Code. If we can get these reprinted with current codes We will be able to move forward with the permitting process.. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
