This exceptional grilf is 191/z"x4M1%"x16VH and has a cooking area of more thar 500 square inches!
Covered grills retain the smoke and heat to give food a great smoked flavor. The cover also keeps rain
and snow out of the firebox to help prevent rusting and to prolong the life of the grill. Grill is finished with
high -temp non-toxic Black Powder Coated paint.
Adjustable vents on the firebox furnish draft control, and vents on ;he cover control smoke containment
and venting.
A patented standard base attachment provides further draft control by allowing 360 -degree rotation of the
grill. Full rotation combined with the full contact rear edge betweer cover and firebox also creates an
effective windbreak to control smoke direction when the cover is ooen.
Constructed from plate steel, the firebox resists heat warpage. Both firebox and cover have a T' formed
flange to provide a flat, stable closing surface around the perimete, and to provide strengthening
reinforcement to the grill halves. The grill cover tips back on sturdy hinges and has a heavy handle,
equipped with a commercial duty, coil spring grip, conveniently located for ease of use. The cover is
maintained in the tipped open position by a bracket with a built-in safety stop to prevent it from closing
without deliberate action by the user. Another handle equipped wit i a coil spring grip allows the cooking
grate to be tipped back for convenient fire building and ash clean cul. The grate handles are situated so
that when the cover is closed the cover handle above the grate handle acts as a stop to prevent tipping
the cooking grate.
The fire grate, while permanently attached, can be lifted up for eas�er clean out. A handy clean-out hatch
for ash removal is provided at the end of the firebox.
