FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The acceptance of this proposal by the _
Customer, signifies his/her agreement that this warranty shall be and is the exclusive remedy against
Roof Asset Management for all defects in workmanship and materials.furnished by Rocf Asset
Management.
If you are in accordance with the conditions herein, please execute the agreement belcw. The contract
