The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your submittal of
design development drawings subject to the following continents:
1. The roof plan was missing from this submittal. Please clarify roofing
materials, mix, style, venting, details, etc. on the roof plan when submitted
with your construction documents.
:2. Please provide the architectural details .for the site walls'and side yard walls
for ALC review and approval.
.3. The side yard walls are shown on the property line: They need to be on your
lot, not extending over onto the adjacent lot.
4. Provide proper scale door and window details for all exterior openings.
5: The exterior elevations are showing a very "Ranch Style" wood trim around
-some windows and doors. This is not approved. Please revise this detail to be
a more Traditional style.
6. The parapet. details will need to be more specific and at a larger scale -that can
be reviewed from a size and proportion standpoint.
.7. Please provide more specific details for the spark. arrestor at the fireplace
chimneys,' clarify materials, finish and colors. .
8. The the roofing at the chimney caps does not work with the size of the
chimney top unless the -tiles are cut down iri size. Please clarify how the tile

10. On the exterior plaster, please call for radius "bull -nose" comers and type of
finish and texture..
