The Sanitation Capacity Charge (sewer) was paid in full in 2013 for the amount of $1,697.12. it
was paid through a 10 year plan that initiated in March of 2003 and paid in full i_ n 2013. Should

I need to request proof of payment that 52-570 Avenida Diaz, La Quinta, 92253 has been paid in

full for the sewer connect. Please reply to all so my contractor can print and shcw the city of La
.Quinta the required information to move forward and connect to the sewer system. Unfortunately
the city lost the document that was on file showing that the Water District declares that I paid it.
