At a recent Board of Directors meeting held November 1, 2002, plans for construction
on lot 10, track 28409 were presented to the Board of Directors and the Architectural
Committee, along with, a model rendering and landscape plans.
After thorough review, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the plans for Dave
Fisher to erect his residence on the aforementioned lot. This approval has no
stipulations, other than, those required by the City and all proper permits and insurance
etc. be provided by the homeowner to satisfy the City's requirements.

To Whom it May Concern;
On or about 21 February 2000, 1 visited the subject project site for the purpose of performing final structural system
construction observations. This visit was to observe the framing and foundations of the project prior to wrap. and fin-
ishing phases. The following is a list of my findings:
• Flat 4x6's were used at the front portico. Upon review'of the calculations and my field observations I
find this change to be within the bounds of structural integrity.
• I observed that the A/C unit was located in a different location and ascertained that the truss layout had
been altered to accommodate this field revision.
k• Added Item: The altered truss lay out noted above is over the Kitchen area and revised the spacing, .
from 12" o.c. to 18° o.c. at the former A/C location while the new location for the A/C unit was accommo-
dated on much shorter span trusses where the added weight had no deleterious affect. I am confident
that the truss manufacturer provided all necessary support for the A/C unit.
` • The shear wall adjacent to the kitchen was observed to have been located 2'-0" east of it's originally in-'
tended location but all 'necessary steps were taken to properly found and attach the wall to the founda-
tion and roof framing in accordance with the original design intent of the structural construction docu-
ments.
z In conclusion, by this letter I hereby certify:
I have personally been to the project site and observed the construction and that the project noted above,
has been constructed in a conscientious and workmanlike manner and is insubstantial conformance with
the design intent of the structural construction documents.
