RE: Architectural Request
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Warren Weber,
The Los Estados @ Santa Rosa Cove Homeowners Association Architectural & Landscape Committee
met today to review your email of 7/7/16
After due consideration the Architectural Committee has approved your request contingent for
incorporating the existing golf cart garage into the existing Casita bedroom with the following:
1. Please construct an extension of the stucco screen wall to hide the A/C and relocating the electric
conduits and junction box so that all are not visible from either neighbor or the Street. .
2. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta; and required insrections by the City
and State code.
3. Owner agrees to ensure that the contractor keeps the streets, gutters and adjacent properties clean
and free of dirt, trash, debris or other material related to or caused by the work and clean-up of
all street spills on a daily basis.
4. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM — 5:00 PM.
5. Owner will be held responsible for any road damaged caused by contractorE work or vehicles.
We strongly recommend use of plywood sheets under roof materials or stockpiles on the road as
needed to protect the road surface. This is especially important during this period of extreme
heat.
6. Owner agrees to submit the Notice of Completion form at the end of the prcject at which time
the Deposit held with the Association will be returned when all work is corr_pleted per
agreement.
If you have any questions please call me at (760) 346-1161. Thank you for your patience during the
review process.
